Planting design

Beds that bloom from spring to winter

I design a planting plan of perennials and woody plants precisely for your site — colour-coordinated, changing through the seasons and mindful of maintenance.

A beautiful bed is no accident. It grows from the site — the amount of light, the soil type and moisture — and from a clever combination of plants that harmonise in form, colour and flowering time. The result is a planting that has something to offer in every season without demanding needless work.

You receive a planting plan with specific species and quantities, a shopping list and recommendations for planting and aftercare. I am glad to help with the planting itself.

How it works

From the site to a blooming bed

  • Site visit

I look at the place, its orientation and existing plants, and discuss your wishes and favourite colours.

  • Conditions analysis

I assess light, soil and moisture — the basis for choosing plants that will thrive.

  • Plant selection and composition

I compose a combination of perennials, grasses and shrubs matched by colour, height and flowering time.

  • Planting plan and list

You receive a drawing with specific species and quantities and a plant shopping list.

  • Planting assistance

On request I help with the planting on site so everything fits the plan.

About me

A space is not just a place. It is a story.

I am Tereza Antošová, a garden architect. I enjoy working with people, their visions and wishes, as much as with plants and the space itself. I believe every space has its own character — my work is to uncover it and give it shape.
